1. Call To Order/Roll Call
Chair Melinda Mcgowan called the meeting to order at 3:08 p.m.
Present 9 - Ex Officio Gabriela Adeshewo, Commissioner Carol Taylor-Boyd, Ex Officio
Tina Ledesma, Chair Carlita Plummer, Commissioner Melinda Mcgowan,
Commissioner Carole Harvell, Alternate Commissioner Antonia Dell,
Commissioner Mary Natho, and Commissioner Scott Hefty
Excused 1 - Commissioner E. Diane Narvaez
Absent 2 - Mayor Pro Tem Susan Noble, and Commissioner Myrna Ferguson
2. Guest Speaker: Zach Venn - Active Adult Center
3. Approval of Minutes
A motion was made by commissioner Natho , seconded by commissioner Boyd, that
these minutes be approved.

5. Monthly Budget Discussion
Commissioners reviewed the budget and requested that any left over money be spent
on swag items.
6. Senior Social Updates
Commissioners provided updates on the senior social event.

Commissioners discussed setting 2025 goals and planning event dates at the January
meeting.
8. Other Business
Commissioner Boyd made a motion to request that City Council terminate an inactive
member from the commission. Commissioner Plummer seconded the motion.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:59 p.m.
