Call To Order/Roll Call - 6:00 PM Chairman Ford called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. A motion was made by Vice Chairman Teter, seconded by Board Member Douglas, to excuse Board Members Archuleta, Fairfield, Huseman, and Tedesco. VOTE: 8 aye, 4 excused (Archuleta, Fairfield, Huseman, Tedesco). Present: 8 - Crystal Elliott, Steven J. Douglas, Rick A. Teter, Paolo Diaz, Sean Ford , Jose Guardiola, Nicole Frank and Oscar Madera Excused: 4 - Timio Archuleta, Alex Fairfield, Benjamin Huseman and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco 2. Resolutions Res URA Approval of the Property Tax Increment Revenue Agreement with Adams 2018-02 County School District 14 Community Development Director Cramer presented. Adams County School District 14 was the final taxing district to agree to terms allowing for the adoption of the urban renewal plan. Taxing entity approvals are the result of House Bill 1348. Mr. Cramer outlined the key points of the agreement. In response to board questions, Attorney Caitlin Quander stated that as long as good faith efforts are made, partnerships with Adams County School District 14 are not required. Rick Wells of REgen addressed the board and stated that now that all the taxing entities have approved agreements, he can move forward with financing the project. He outlined the project schedule. A motion was made by Board Member Teter, seconded by Board Member Madera, that this resolution be approved.
