Call To Order/Roll Call Chairperson Ford called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. A motion was made Vice Chair Teter, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to excuse Commissioner Fairfield from the meeting. VOTE: 11 - Aye, 1 - Excused (Fairfield) Present: 11 - Crystal Elliott, Steven J. Douglas, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Benjamin Huseman, Jose Guardiola, Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco, Harvest Thomas and Steve Davis Excused: 1 - Alex Fairfield 2. Executive Session 19-09 An executive session, pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), of the Authority and its attorneys, staff, and master developer ReGen, LLC, for the purpose of receiving legal advice and for determining positions, developing strategy, and instructing negotiators relating to the phased master development agreement, Urban Renewal Plan, and a potential purchase and sale agreement for the Mile High Greyhound Park. A motion was made by Commissioner Frank, seconded by Commissioner Guardiola, to enter into an executive session of this Authority and its attorneys, staff and Master Developer ReGen, LLC pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), for the purpose of receiving legal advice and for determining positions, developing strategy, and instructing negotiators relating to the phased master development agreement, Urban Renewal Plan, and a potential purchase and sale agreement for the Mile High Greyhound Park.
