Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to excuse Commissioners Fairfield, Lewis, and Tedesco. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Lewis, Tedesco) Present: 9 - Commissioner Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes and Robyn Smith Excused: 3 - Alex Fairfield, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Ramona Lewis 2. Presentations Pres 20-155 Closing Date Extension for Sale of the Mile High Greyhound Park Property A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to approve an amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement to extend the closing deadline to June 1 and an amendment to the Master Development Agreement plat deadline to May 20, 2020.
