Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m. Present: Laurel Eller, Billy Gurr, Catherine Brady, Jennifer Prather, Tonia Lopez, Charles Dukes, Ed Hanson Absent: Revisha Martinez, Sheryl Carstens 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 02/25/2020 Attachments: Minutes Motion to approve minutes by Dukes. Motion seconded by Gurr. Minutes were unanimously approved. 3. Grants Dukes motioned to approve program scores and the general operating support scores for 2020 funding. Hanson seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously. Staff will work to get notifications out, and checks awarded to the organizations. 4. Scholarships Deadline for scholarship applications is May 1. Staff will work to schedule a special meeting to review scholarship applications on Tuesday, May 26. 5. Other None 6.
