Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Present: 12 - Commissioner Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes, Robyn Smith, Alex Fairfield, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Ramona Lewis 2. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner Madera, that the minutes of February 10, 2020 and March 23, 2020 be approved. Presentations & Proclamations Commerce City Page 1 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes - Final May 28, 2020 Pres 20-182 Requested Amendments to the Mile High Greyhound Park Phased Redevelopment Agreement and Purchase and Sale Agreement Deputy City Manager Roger Tinklenberg introduced the presentation. Management Analyst Jenna Lowery provided the presentation to the Authority. Ms. Lowery gave an overview of the current project status, the reason for the proposed extension to the closing, certain other dates, and other amendments to the developer agreement and purchase and sale agreement, and possible action the Authority could take on the matter. A motion was made by Commission Madera, seconded by Commissioner Allen-Thomas, to approve the proposed amendment to the Purchase and Sale agreement and Master Developer Agreement as presented in the packet.
