Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Commissioner Frank, to excuse commissioners not present. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Guardiola, Noble) Present: 9 - Commissioner Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes, Robyn Smith, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Ramona Lewis Excused: 3 - Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola and Alex Fairfield 2. Consent Agenda A motion was made by Vice Chair Frank, seconded by Commissioner Grimes, to approve the consent agenda as presented. Discussion Commerce City Page 1 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes - Final November 2, 2020 Pres 20-400 Modification of MDA and Affordable Housing Loan Robert Sheesley, General Counsel, provided an overview of a request for a slight modification to the Mile High Greyhound Park Master Development Agreement and affordable housing loan. A motion was made by Vice Chair Frank, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to authorize the executive director to modify the CCURA affordable housing loan to delete the prepayment provision and to negotiate and execute an agreement to modify such agreements as necessary to accomplish the recommended loan purchase. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Guardiola, Noble) 4. Public Hearings Res URA RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2021 BUDGET FOR THE URBAN 2020-03 RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO Chair Huseman reopened the public hearing. No public testimony was received. Chair Huseman closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Vice Chair Frank, that this resolution be approved.
