Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Pres 21-503 Preliminary Finding of Urban Renewal Blight for the Landfill Located
Generally at Ivy Street and 48th Avenue
Jenna Lowery, management analyst, and Anne Ricker and Bill Cunningham with Ricker
| Cunningham, presented on the preliminary blight study findings for the landfill
generally located at Ivy and 48th.
