Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 10 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Noble, Tedesco) 2. Presentations Mile High Greyhound Park Public Art Process Update Abraham Ramirez, Commerce City Cultural Council President, provided the presentation. Commissioner Noble entered the meeting at 6:15 p.m. 3. Resolutions A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2022 BUDGET OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that this resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: 11 - Aye, 2 - Excused (Fairfield, Tedesco) 4. Executive Session An Executive Session pursuant C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine positions and instructing negotiators relative to the continued engagement of ReGen, LLC as the authority’s owner’s representative for the development of the Mile High Greyhound Park.
