Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 5 - Excused (Fairfield, Grimes, Hurst, Lewis, Tedesco) Present: 8 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar Madera, Sean Ford , Susan Noble, Kristi Douglas, Rick Davis and Peter Buche Excused: 4 - Craig Hurst, Alex Fairfield, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Ramona Lewis 2. Resolutions RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING TAX INCREMENT REVENUE AGREEMENTS WITH TAXING ENTITIES REGARDING PROPERTY TAX INCREMENT UNDER THE SAND CREEK BUSINESS AREA URBAN RENEWAL PLAN A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that this resolution be approved as amended to amend Exhibit A to change the percentage share for the URA to 95% and the share for the City to 5%.
