Call To Order Chair Hellewell called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Present 7 - Board Member Laurel Eller, President Laura Hellewell, Board Member LaCrea Dixon, Board Member Melinda Larson, Board Member Catherine Brady, Board Member Tonia Lopez, and Board Member Theresa Wilson 2. Approval of Minutes Min 22-169 Minutes of May 24, 2022 Meeting A motion was made by President Hellewell, seconded by Board Member Wilson, that this Minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Financial Update Board member Larson arrived at 6:08 p.m. Board member Wilson provided a financial update. The Board discussed various procedural items. Board member Brady arrived at 6:15 p.m. Board member Wilson made a motion to purchase golf gloves for the tournament for $2,081.25 and a basketball case for no more than $50.00 for the silent auction. Subcommittee Reports Curt Holland Memorial Scholarship Program Chair Hellewell provided an update on the Annual Report to the City Council. Board member Lopez arrived at 6:56 p.m. Curt Holland Memorial Golf Tournament Board member Eller provided an update on the golf tournament. The Board discussed potential sponsors and next steps. It was determined the Board would not apply for a Ball Grant this year. However, staff was directed to continue to collect appropriate documentation to potentially apply in the future. 5.
