Times given are estimates only. 1. Call To Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the Urban Renewal Authority was called to order by Chair Huseman on November 7, 2022, at 10:30 PM. A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to excuse those members not present. VOTE: 7 - Aye, 4 - Excused (Busche, Tedesco, Davis, Ford) Present: 8 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar Madera, Susan Noble, Craig Hurst, Craig Kim, Craig Kim and Kristi Douglas Excused: 4 - Rick Davis, Sean Ford , Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Peter Buche 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes of the October 17, 2022 meeting. A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, that the Minutes be approved. VOTE: Aye: 7- Chair Huseman, Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, Commissioner Madera, Commissioner Noble, Commissioner Hurst, Commissioner Kim and Commissioner Douglas Excused: 4- Commissioner Davis, Commissioner Ford, Commissioner Tedesco and Commissioner Buche 3. Public Hearings A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2023 BUDGET FOR THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO Chair Huseman reopened the public hearing. No public comment was received.
