A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner Noble, to excuse those members not present. Resolutions RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT LOANING FUNDS FROM THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY TO THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner Madera, that this URA Resolution be approved.
