Call To Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the Commerce City Urban Renewal Authority was called to order by Chair Huseman on December 19, 2022, at 5:51 PM. A motion was made by Commissioner Ford, seconded by Commissioner Kim, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 2 - Excused (Madera, Tedesco) Present: 10 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Craig Hurst, Craig Kim, Sean Ford , Kristi Douglas, Peter Buche, Craig Machuga and Renee Lovato Excused: 2 - Oscar Madera and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco 2. Resolutions A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH COMMERCE CITY EXTENDED STAY, LLC FOR A +/- 2.14 ACRE LOT AT MILE HIGH GREYHOUND PARK FOR A HOTEL Bill Aiken, Director of Urban Renewal, introduced the resolution. Commissioner Hurst entered the meeting at 5:58 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, that this URA Resolution be approved. VOTE: Aye: 10 - Chair Huseman, Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, Commissioner Noble, Commissioner Hurst, Commissioner Kim, Commissioner Ford, Commissioner Douglas, Commissioner Buche, Commissioner Machuga and Commissioner Lovato Excused: 2- Commissioner Madera and Commissioner Tedesco 3.
