Call To Order/Roll Call A special meeting of the Urban Renewal Authority was called to order by Chair Huseman on March 13, 2023, at 7:01 PM. A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to excuse those members not present. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 4 - Excused (Kim, Lovato, Buche, Tedesco) Present: 8 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar Madera, Renee Millard-Chacon, Susan Noble, Craig Hurst, Kristi Douglas and Craig Machuga Excused: 3 - Craig Kim, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Renee Lovato Times given are estimates only 2. Presentations Commerce City Page 1 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes - Final March 13, 2023 23-007 2022 Urban Renewal Authority Annual Report and Strategic Planning Outlook Bill Aiken, Director of Urban Renewal, provided the 2022 Annual Report, as the strategic planning outlook for 2023 was postponed to a later meeting so that more members will be present for it. 4.
