A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to excuse those members not present. Resolutions Res URA A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE 2023-11 CITY OF COMMERCE CITY RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY MAKE CERTAIN LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS AND APPROVE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE MILE HIGH GREYHOUND PARK URBAN RENEWAL PLAN Bill Aiken, Director of the URA, gave a presentation on this resolution. A motion was made by Commissioner Ford, seconded by Commissioner Madera, that this URA Resolution be adopted. VOICE VOTE: 8 - Aye, 1 - Nay (Douglas), 3 - Excused (Lovato, Machuga, Tedesco) Commerce City Page 1 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes - Final July 10, 2023 Res URA A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2023 BUDGET OF THE URBAN 2023-12 RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO BY APPROPRIATING $140,000 OF THE UNENCUMBERED FUND BALANCES OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY FUND AND AN AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE THEREOF Bill Aiken, Director of the URA, gave a presentation on this resolution. A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that this URA Resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: 9 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Lovato, Machuga, Tedesco) 4.
