Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City Urbal Renewal Authority was called to order by Chair Huseman on October 16, 2023, at 7:00 PM. A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 10 - Aye, 2 - Excused (Machuga, Madera) Present: 11 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Renee Millard-Chacon, Susan Noble, Craig Hurst, Craig Kim, Sean Ford , Kristi Douglas, James Amador, Craig Machuga and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco Excused: 1 - Oscar Madera 2. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, that the Minutes be approved. No public testimony was received. Commissioner Machuga joined the meeting at 7:04 PM. A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that this URA Resolution be continued to November 6.
