Presentations Pres 23-656 Mile High Greyhound Park Development Update Bill Aiken, Director of Urban Renewal, presented the Mile High Grey Hound Park Development update. 4. Executive Session Commerce City Page 1 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes - Final November 13, 2023 23-256 An executive session of the Urban Renewal Authority of Commerce City pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of instructing negotiators regarding terms of an existing sale of real property contract, specifically Tract B within the Mile High Greyhound Park A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to enter into an executive session of the Urban Renewal Authority of Commerce City pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of instructing negotiators regarding terms of an existing sale of real property contract, specifically Tract B within the Mile High Greyhound Park.
