Approval of Minutes Min 24-085 Meeting Minutes 20240516 Attachments: VC Minutes 20240516 Eloy Espinoza moved to approve the minutes of the May meeting. Scott hefty seconded. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Public Comment - None 4. Memorial Day Parade AAR Members discussed the Memorial Day Parade and improvements to implement for next year. 5. Work Plan and Budget Review Members discussed planning for upcoming events. Commerce City Page 1 Veterans Commission Meeting Minutes - Final June 20, 2024 Scott Hefty moved to authorize the expenditure of up to $150 to purchase a cart to transport promotional materials. Fred Stoss seconded. Motion carried unanimously. 6. Fellowship Dinner Planning Members discussed logistics and planning for the Fellowship Dinner. 7.
