Fellowship Dinner Planning Commerce City Page 1 Veterans Commission Meeting Minutes - Final July 18, 2024 Dinner is planned Thursday Oct 17Th, from 6-8 at Bison Ridge Jordan talked about how to set this up, like Set up a Budget, Marketing Campaign, logistics Scott Hefty put a motion on the Table to spend up to $2,500 on the fellowship dinner Seconded by Juan Lopez. Vote Was 7-0 6. Other Business Talked about ordering flyers Scott Made a motion Would like 250 in English and 100 in Spanish Eloy Seconded the motion Vote was 6-0 7.
