Call To Order/Roll Call Commissioner Kaur called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. Present 9 - Commissioner Brianna Talmadge, Commissioner Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez, Council Regular Jose Guardiola, Commissioner Jose Rodriguez, Commissioner Kyle Pham, Commissioner Michael Kelley, Council Regular Nicole Frank, Commissioner René Bullock, and Commissioner Stephani Struwe Excused 1 - Commissioner Diana Munoz Absent 4 - Commissioner Andrea Jimenez, Commissioner Carlos Rojas, Commissioner Jesus Vidana, and Commissioner Jordan Robinette 2. Challenge Question Commissioners discussed the challenge question of the week: Why is it important for Commerce City to adopt an ordinance for historical preservation? 3. Approval of Minutes This was approved Minutes 08/15/2019 Attachments: Minutes 4. Regular Business Commissioners brought back updates from their committees. A new speaker for public speaking is needed. A possible speaker for the Money Management workshop may be needed. Logistics committee reviewed items needed for conference. Food committee reviewed breakfast/lunch orders. Orders will be placed two weeks before. 5. Other Members went over the remaining scheduled meetings. November 21 has been cancelled due to the League of Cities Conference that week. Event committee to come up with possible team building ideas for holiday party.
