Call To Order/Roll Call Present: Councilman Guardiola, Councilwoman Frank, Stephani Struwe, Jose Rodriguez, Mike Kelley, Kyle Pham, Isabela Velasco-Zubia, Morgan Smith, Brianna Talmadge, Jasnoor Kaur, Absent: Jahaira Bueno, Diana Muñoz, Carlos Rojas, Jesus Vidana, Rene Bullock 2. Challenge Question Commerce City elections results showed only about a third of the population voted. Is that a good thing or bad thing? 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 10/17/2019 Attachments: Minutes October 17 minutes to include Brianna Talmadge and Jasnoor Kaur as present in the meeting. Commissioner Struwe motioned to approve with edits. Commissioner Talmadge seconded. Motion was approved. October 3 meeting minutes to include Jasnoor Kaur as present. Commissioner Talmadge motioned to approve with edits. Commissioner Kaur seconded. Motion was approved. 4. Regular Business Commissioner Kaur would like to do a volunteer opportunity at the beginning of the upcoming year. Commissioners agreed to do a local project and will bring back ideas next meeting Youth Commission will have a holiday celebration during their December 19 meeting. Staff will check on possible locations. Amount on white elephant to not exceed $15. 5. Other None 6.
