Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order at 6:10 p.m. Present: Councilman Jose Guaridola, Councilwoman Nicole Frank, Rene Bullock, Michael Kelley, Stephani Struwe, Kay Thomas, Kyle Pham, Jasnoor Kaur, Isabela Velasco-Zubia, Morgan Smith, Jesus Vidana Absent: Ingrid Barnett, Jose Rodriguez, Carlos Rojas, Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez 2. Challenge Question The icebreaker of the meeting was to share Halloween plans or what they were going to dress up as. 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 10/15/2020 Attachments: Minutes Commissioner Pham motioned to approve meeting minutes from September 17 and October 15. Commissioner Zubia-Velasco seconded. motion was unanimously approved. 4. New Business Approval of Guide - Commissioner Pham motioned to approve the guide with revisions. Commissioner Struwe seconded. Motion was unanimously approved. Elections Commissioner Struwe self nominated for President; Commissioner Pham self nominated for Vice-President; Commissioner Smith self nominated for secretary/note taker. With no other nominations.
