Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order at 6:35 p.m. Present: Kyle Pham, Katie Thomas, Councilman Jose Guardiola, Councilwoman Nicole Frank, Kyra Ann Dixon, LaCrea Dixon, Stephani Struwe, Ingrid Barnett, Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez, Mike Kelley, Rene Bullock Absent: Jesus Vidana, Carlos Rojas, Jasnoor Kaur, Morgan Smith 2. Challenge Question/Icebreaker Council-members asked the commissioners who they thought should have a bigger say on setback regulations, businesses or residents? 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 01/21/2021 Attachments: Minutes Commissioner Thomas motioned to approve minutes. Commissioner Bueno-Rodriguez seconded. Motion was approved. 4. New Business Councilman Guardiola presented on setting goals and how to use smart goals for event planning. 5. Other Business Next meeting's topic will be the elevator speech.
