Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order at 6 p.m. Present: Jennifer Prather, Tonia Lopez, Laurel Eller, Sheryl Carstens, Jacob Sawaged, Billy Gurr, Charles Dukes, Catherine Brady, Ingrid Barnett, Revisha Martinez. 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 01/05/2021 Attachments: Minutes Member Gurr motioned to approve. Member Carstens seconded. Minutes were approved. 3. Regular Business Painting for a Purpose Current ticket sales update: only two tickets have been sold. Member Barnett shared concerns in regards with hosting the event. She informed the board that the artwork chosen for the event would need to be outlined for participants before their art kit is delivered, and there is also similar events for half the price happening in the city. Member Barnett proposed to cancel. Member Gurr motioned to cancel the fundraising event and revisit future fundraising opportunities. Member Brady seconded. Motion was passed unanimous. The virtual silent auction will be held along with the golf tournament in the summer. Members should hold on to items that have been secured for the silent auction. 4. Other Business Board member Gurr shared with the board an update on the grant workshops. Both were a success. 5. Announcements and Upcoming Dates Next meeting, February 23.
