Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. Present: Rene Bullock, Ingrid Barnett, Isabela Velasco-Zubia, Janoor Kaur, La Crea Dixon, Kyra Ann Dixon, Kyle Pham, Stephani Struwe, Kay Thomas, Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez, Jesus Vidana, Mike Kelley, Morgan Smith Absent: Councilman Jose Guardiola, Councilwoman Nicole Frank, Jose Rodriguez, Carlos Rojas 2. Challenge Question/Icebreaker Commissioners went around to share their favorite moments of the 2021 Presidential Inauguration. 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 01/07/2021 Attachments: Minutes Commissioner Dixon motioned to approve minutes. Commissioner Kaur seconded. Motion was approved. 4. New Business Presentation on planning given by Rene Bullock 5. Other Scholarship opportunities are offered by the Quality Community Foundation. Spread the Love is an annual event to raise canned food for local food banks. The event takes place in February. The commission agreed to host a food drive day or support local city efforts. More details will be provided at the February 4 meeting. Cherry Creek Diversity Conference will be January 30-31. Commissioners Kaur and Velasco expressed interest in attending.
