VOTE: Ayes: 4- Chair Huseman, Board Member Gronquist, Board Member Hernandez and Alternate Board Member Nelson Excused: 1- Board Member Brinkerhoff Abstentions: 1- Board Member Leffel Case(s): Pres 23-637 AU23-0002: The request is for a use-by-permit to allow for a religious institution within the R-2 (Single-Family Attached Residential District) zoning district, required per Land Development Code §21-5200. Planning Manager Jennifer Jones clarified for the board that this was a brand new case than the Use-By-Permit case heard at the July Board of Adjustment meeting despite being located at the same address. A motion was made by Chair Huseman, "I move that the Board of Adjustment enter a finding that the requested use-by-permit, for the property located at 6951 Dexter Street contained in case AU23-0002, meetings the criteria of the Land Development Code and based upon such finding, approve the use-by-permit.", seconded by Board Member Hernandez, that this Case be recommended for approval.
