Call to Order- 5:30 Roll Call Present 5 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Board Member Chris Gronquist, Board Member David Brinkerhoff, Board Member Gene Leffel, and Board Member Joanne Hernandez Action Item Nominations were taken for the position of Chair. Board Member Gronquist nominated himself. No other nomination were brought before the Board A motion was made by Board Member Huseman, seconded by Board Member Brinkerhoff to approve the Board Member Chris Gronquist as the new Chair for the Board of Adjustment.The motion carried unanimously. VOTE: Ayes: 5- Chair Huseman, Board Member Gronquist, Board Member Brinkerhoff, Board Member Leffel and Board Member Hernandez Action Item Nominations were taken for the position of Vice Chair. Board Member Hernandez nominated herself. No other nomination were brought before the Board A motion was made by Board Member Huseman, seconded by Board Member Gronquist to approve the Board Member Joanne Hernandez as the new Vice Chair for the Board of Adjustment.The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Huseman "I move that the Board of Adjustment enter a finding that the requested use-by-permit, for the property located at 6171 Olive Street contained in case AU23-0003, meets the criteria of the Land Development Code and based upon such finding, approve the use-by-permit", seconded by Board Member Brinkerhoff, that this Presentation be recommended for approval VOTE: Ayes: 5- Chair Huseman, Board Member Gronquist, Board Member Brinkerhoff, Board Member Leffel and Board Member Hernandez Board Business: Board Member Huesman notified the Board this will be his last meeting.
