A. Consider approval of minutes of council meeting held on May 19, 2016.
B. Hold a public hearing and consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O160510, amending the
budgets of the General, State Street Aid, Solid Waste, Economic Development, Quality of Life, General
Improvement Bond Funds of the City of Cookeville, TN, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016.

6. CONSENT AGENDA:
A. Set a date (7-7-16) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O160614, closure and abandonment of an alley that
extends from West 4th Street 200 feet South toward West 3rd Street between North Hickory Avenue and
North Whitney Avenue and declaring it as surplus.
B. Set a date (7-7-16) for a public hearing on Ordnance #O160615, closure and abandonment of Hargis Drive
located between Jackson Street and Polly Drive and declaring it as surplus.
7. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ACTION ITEMS:
A. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O160506, rezoning property located on
West Broad Street (tax map #53B-P-5.04) from MS (Medical Services) to CL (Local Commercial).

D. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O160509, amending the zoning code
pertaining to revising the provisions of the CL, CG, CR & PCD zoning districts to allow Retail Package

Spring Street between State Highway 111 East to the Northern right-of-way of Interstate 40. SPONSOR-

109th General Assembly, which amends Chapter 49 of the Private Acts of 1999; as amended by Chapter
115 of the Private Acts of 2000; Chapter 31 of the Private Acts of 2007 and Chapter 24 of the Private Acts
of 2011; and any other acts amendatory thereto, relative to the Cookeville Regional Medical Center
