Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O160506, rezoning property located on West Broad Street (tax map #53B-P-5.04) from MS (Medical Services) to CL (Local Commercial). SPONSOR-JAMES MILLS C. Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O160507, rezoning a portion of 1976 North Dixie Avenue from RD (Single-Family and Duplex Residential) to CL (Local Commercial). Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O160508, rezoning the Northeast corner of Breeding Avenue and Flatt Hollow Road from RS15 (Single-Family Residential) to RS10 (Single-Family Residential). Consider awarding bid for chemicals - Water Quality Control Department. C. Consider awarding bid for decorative poles - Electric Department. 7. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ACTION ITEMS: A. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute contract for Stop Loss Insurance Coverage. SPONSOR- BRENDA IMEL B. Consider declaring as surplus property 603 Murray Street, Gainesboro TN/601 Brown Street, Celina TN for the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. SPONSOR-CRMC C. Consider rescinding motion of 12-17-15 & reconsider property acquisition of Quality Medical Center property located at 201 W. 5th and 251 W. 5th Street for Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
