Set a date (7-6-23) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O23-06-15, request to close, abandon and declare as surplus property a portion of an undeveloped right-of-way located off Holly Avenue. B. Set a date (7-6-23) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O23-06-16, rezoning a portion of property located at 801 & 803 Crescent Drive (Tax Map 053-A, Group A, Parcels 021.00 & 022.00) from RS-10 (Single-Family Residential) to CL (Local Commercial). C. Consider awarding bid for LED Lights – Electric Department. D. Consider approval of pricing adjustment on transformer bid approved by the City Council on 5/5/2022 – Electric Department. E. Consider declaring as surplus “Slide the City” slide and related ancillary equipment, including storage trailer – Leisure Services Department. 7. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ACTION ITEMS A. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #023- 05-09, amending the Zoning Code to allow medical clinics in the CR (Regional Commercial) Zoning District as a use permitted by right. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O23- 06-14, adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024 for Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O23- 06-11, providing a tax levy for the City of Cookeville, Tennessee, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024; providing means for the collection of revenues; and establishing the due dates and delinquency dates for property taxes. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O23- 06-12, authorizing appropriations for financial aid to public service, nonprofit, and charitable organizations for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024.
