Hold a public hearing and consider Resolution #R23-06-08, a resolution to adopt a Plan of Services and annex certain territory upon written consent of the owners and to incorporate the same within the boundaries of the City of Cookeville, Tennessee for the TT of HCP Hawkins Crawford Road annexation area, located off Tennessee Avenue on Hawkins Crawford Road, further identified as Tax Map 064, Parcel 018.01.
