B. Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O23-05-10, to
establish zoning in the TT of HCP, Hawkins Crawford Road Area as CG

C. Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O23-06-17,
amending the Municipal Code of the City of Cookeville, Tennessee,
Title 1, Chapter 1, City Council. SPONSOR – JAMES MILLS
6. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Consider awarding bid for uniforms – Public Works Department.
B. Consider awarding bids and approve purchase of emergency response
equipment – Police Department.
C. Consider awarding bids for uniforms, vest carrier system, MOLLE
carrier, body armor and badges – Police Department.
D. Consider approval of pricing adjustment on transformer bid approved
by the City Council on 11/3/2022 - Electric Department.
E. Consider awarding bids for transformers – Electric Department.
7. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ACTION ITEMS
A. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O23-
06-15, request to close, abandon and declare as surplus property a
portion of an undeveloped right-of-way located off Holly Avenue.

B. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O23-
06-16, rezoning a portion of property located at 801 & 803 Crescent
Drive (Tax Map 053-A, Group A, Parcels 021.00 & 022.00) from RS-10
(Single-Family Residential) to CL (Local Commercial).

C. Consider approval of CEI contract amendment with Wiser Consultants
for the TDOT Multi-modal access grant project on S.R. 24 (Spring St.)-

D. Consider approval of annual payment for in-car/body worn camera
system – Police Department. SPONSOR – RANDY EVANS
E. Consider approval of lease agreement for four (4) 2018 police

Safety license plate readers (LPRs) – Police Department. SPONSOR –

G. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into contract with TKE

H. Consider authorizing the City Manager to enter into contract with the
Office of Criminal Justice Programs, accepting the Violent Crime
Intervention Fund Collaborative Grant and authorizing the purchase of
Motorola Radios with the Grant funds – Police Department.

I. Consider authorizing the City Manager to contract with the Tennessee
Department of Safety and Homeland Security for the purpose of
participation in the Tennessee Advanced Communications Network

State of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance accepting
the Tennessee Law Enforcement Hiring, Training and Recruitment
