Consider approval of minutes of council meeting held on July 6, 2023. B. Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O23-06-15, request to close, abandon and declare as surplus property a portion of an undeveloped right-of-way located off Holly Avenue. Hold a public hearing and consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O23-06-16, rezoning a portion of the property located at 801 and 803 Crescent Drive and a portion of property located on West Broad Street, identified as a portion of Parcels 019.00, 021.00 and 022.00 on Tax Map 053A, Group A, from RS-10 “Single Family Residential” to CL, “Local Commercial”.
