Consider awarding bid for sixty (60) 30’ Aluminum Poles – Electric Department. B. Consider awarding bid for ten thousand (10,000) feet of 4/0 URD Primary Cable – Electric Department. 7. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ACTION ITEMS A. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O23- 09-18, amendment to the Zoning Code relative to Recreational Vehicles (RV’s) in nonconforming Mobile Home Parks. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute an Indemnification Agreement with Hollingsworth Group to allow Hollingsworth Group to transport dirt across property owned by the City of Cookeville/Putnam County in the Highlands Business Park. Consider approval to purchase bulk de-icing salt utilizing Statewide Contract #507, Contract ID# 66848 – Public Works Department. SPONSOR – BLAKE MAYO F. Consider rescinding 9-7-23 motion to purchase two (2) pickup trucks utilizing Statewide Bid Contract #209 – Electric Department. SPONSOR – CARL HANEY G. Consider approval to purchase three (3) pickups utilizing Statewide Bid Contract #209 – Electric & Gas Departments. SPONSOR – CARL HANEY H. Consider Resolution #R23-10-14, to approve receiving the 2021 Community Development Block Grant and to approve funding including the difference between the bid price and the construction estimate on the application – West End Pump Station Replacement – Water Quality Control Department.
