Consider awarding bid for uniforms – Energy Department. 7. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ACTION ITEMS A. Consider on first reading Ordinance #O24-03-04, abolishing the Human Resources Department and creating a new division of the Department of General Government to be entitled as the Division of Human Resources. SPONSOR – JAMES MILLS B. Consider committing to purchase of one (1) side load sanitation truck in fiscal year 2024-25 to lock in price – Public Works Department. SPONSOR – BLAKE MAYO C. Consider committing to purchase of one (1) front load sanitation truck in fiscal year 2024-25 to lock in price – Public Works Department. SPONSOR – BLAKE MAYO D.
