A. Consider approval of minutes of council meeting held on March 21,
2024.
6. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Set a date (5-2-24) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O24-04-05, an
amendment to the Zoning Code relative to methadone clinics in the
Medical Services (MS) Zoning District.
7. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ACTION ITEMS
A. Consider approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute a
lease agreement with Tennessee Tech University for property located
at 42 Church Avenue (Parcel 15, Tax Map 53G, Group E).

B. Consider Resolution #R24-04-08, committing the City of Cookeville,
Tennessee to provide an additional annual financial contribution to
Tennessee Tech University for the construction of a new football

#O24-02-02, amendments to the Official Street Map.

Parochial Schools in the CI (Commercial-Industrial Mixed Use) District.

annexation, zoning, and Plan of Services for the Putnam County
Fairgrounds area (Tax Map 055, Parcel 108.05), one (1) parcel
consisting of approximately 129 total acres located on Tennessee

annexation, zoning, and Plan of Services for the Nelson North Drive

approximately five (5) acres located off Speck Road.

G. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a Sidewalk
Installation Cost Share Agreement for the Saxony Phase IV townhome
