Set a date (6-6-24) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O24-04-06 request to close, abandon and declare as surplus property a portion of an undeveloped right-of-way for Park Street located off North Willow Avenue. B. Set a date (6-6-24) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O24-04-07 to rezone property at 1331 South Maple Avenue (Tax Map 066, Parcel 104.00) from RS-10 (Single-Family Residential) to RS-7.5 (Single- Family Residential). C. Set a date (6-6-24) for a public hearing on Ordinance #O24-04-08 to rezone property located at State Street & Bybee Avenue (Tax Map 053-P, Group A, Parcel 026.00) from RS-10 (Single-Family Residential) to CR (Regional Commercial). D. Consider approval and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment #1 for right-of way acquisition services with engineering firm Kimley-Horn for the South Willow Avenue (SR 135), West Jackson Street Intersection Improvement Project. Consider authorizing AT&T FirstNet solution as the data service plan provider for the Police Department’s Mobile Communication Terminals utilizing Statewide Contract #911 – Police Department.
