Hold a public hearing and consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O24-05-12, amending the budgets of the General Fund, State Street Aid Fund, Solid Waste Fund, Animal Control Fund and the Quality of Life Fund for the City of Cookeville, Tennessee for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O24-05-13, amending Title 18, Chapters 1 and 2 of the Cookeville Municipal Code, relative to water & sewer rates – Water Quality Control Department. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O24- 06-15, providing a tax levy for the City of Cookeville, Tennessee, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025; providing means for the collection of revenues; and establishing the due dates and delinquency dates for property taxes.
