E. Consider awarding bid for (1) 2025 bucket truck utilizing the Sourcewell
Purchasing Cooperative – Energy Department/Electric Division.
F. Consider awarding bids for lawn maintenance – Water Quality Control
Department.
7. NEW BUSINESS
A. Hold a public hearing and consider to declare as surplus a portion of the
property located at 125 Chestnut Avenue: request submitted by
Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
B. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance # O25-03-
01, amendments to the Official Street Map.
C. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance # O25-03-
02 to rezone property on West Broad Street and Ridgedale Drive (Tax Map
039 Parcel 182.00 and a portion of Tax Map 039 Parcel 185.00) from RS-
20 (Single Family Residential) to CL (Local Commercial).
D. Hold a public hearing and consider on first reading Ordinance #O25-03-03
to rezone property at 1211 South Jefferson Avenue (Tax Map 066, Parcel
081.08) from CR (Regional Commercial) to CG (General Commercial).
E. Consider approval of amendments to Article III – Membership of the
Tennessee Central Rail Trail Authority By-Laws. SPONSOR – JAMES MILLS
