The Coppell Recreation Development Corporation of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in
the 2nd Floor Conference Room at 255 E. Parkway Boulevard.
The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items:
Regular Session (Open to the Public)
1. Call To Order
President Khan called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm.

Thomas Dwyer, Majid Hassain, Mahbuba Khan, Cliff Long, Wes May, Noah

2. Citizens' Forum
President Khan advised that no one signed up to speak.
3. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public comments concerning the
proposed 2019-2020 CRDC Work Program Projects.
President Khan advised that no one signed up to speak.
A motion was made by Boardmember Mays, seconded by Boardmember Long,
that this agenda item be closed. The motion carried by an unanimous vote.

A motion was made by Vice President Webster, seconded by Boardmember
Dwyer, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an
unanimous vote.
5. Consider approval of a grant to the City of Coppell in the amount of
$300,000.00, for the purpose of presenting/exhibiting art at the Coppell
Arts Center.
A motion was made by Boardmember Mays, seconded by Boardmember
Dwyer, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by an
unanimous vote.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the CRDC Board, the meeting
was adjourned at 6:55 pm.

Notice is hereby given that the Coppell Recreation Development Corporation of the City of
Coppell, Texas, will meet in the Conference Room at 255 E. Parkway Boulevard.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be
convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice
from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
