Parkway Boulevard. As authorized by Section 551.127, of the Texas Government Code, one or more appointed board member or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order President Dwyer called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. Members present: Thomas Dwyer, Cliff Long, Wes Mays, Aaron Straach, Majid Husain, Mahbuba Khan Staff present: Jessica Carpenter, Sheri Belmont, Adam Richter, Meagan Wolfe 2. Citizens' Forum City of Coppell, Texas Page 1 Coppell Recreation Development Minutes September 26, 2022 Corporation President Dwyer advised that no one signed up to speak. 3. PUBLIC HEARING: To receive public comments concerning the proposed 2022-2023 CRDC Work Program Projects. President Dwyer opened the public hearing and advised that no one signed up to speak. A motion was made by Boardmember Mays, seconded by Boardmember Husain, that the public hearing be closed. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 4. Consider approval of minutes: July 18, 2022 A motion was made by Boardmember Khan, seconded by Boardmember Mays, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 5. Liaison's Update Liaison Jessica Carpenter informed the Board that there will be a meeting in November, due to the Thanksgiving holiday the meeting will be held on November 14. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the CRDC, the meeting was adjourned at 6:37 pm.
