Parkway Boulevard. As authorized by Section 551.127, of the Texas Government Code, one or more appointed board member or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair Guignon called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm. Citizens' Forum Chair Guignon advised that no one signed up to speak. 3. Annual update by the Coppell Lacrosse Association Due to schedule conflict this item will be pushed to the November meeting. 4. Approval of minutes: September 12, 2022 A motion was made by Boardmember Corcoran, seconded by Boardmember Arnold, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 5. Manager's Update - David Ellison, Park Operations Manager Park Operations Manager David Elllison gave a presentation in regards to current and upcoming activities in the Park Operations Division. 6. Update regarding the “Policy for Donations to the Parks System” Jessica Carpenter, Director of Parks and Recreation, updated the board with the final City Council approved policy. 7. Youth Advisor's Report Nothing to report at this time. 8. Director’s Report Director Jessica Carpenter updated the board on upcoming events and status of current projects. 9. Chair Report A.
