Parkway Boulevard. As authorized by Section 551.127, of the Texas Government Code, one or more appointed board member or employees may attend this meeting remotely using videoconferencing technology. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order President Dwyer called the meeting to order at 6:32 pm. Members Present: Thomas Dwyer, Wes Mays, Aaron Straach, Mahbuba Khan (Virtual), Richard Rewerts (Virtual) Staff Present : Jessica Carpenter, Cecilia Gandara, Adam Richter, Sheri Belmont, David Ellison 2. Citizens' Forum City of Coppell, Texas Page 1 Coppell Recreation Development Minutes November 14, 2022 Corporation President Dwyer advised that no one signed up to speak. 3. Consider approval of minutes: September 26, 2022 A motion was made by Boardmember Mays, seconded by Boardmember Husain, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 4. Consider approval of the 2021-2022 CRDC Annual Report A motion was made by Boardmember Khan, seconded by Boardmember Mays, that this agenda item be approved with the amendment of adding the Veteran's Memorial to the list of projects. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 5. Consider approval of funding the purchase of an Outdoor Warning System (OWS), from Perry Weather, in the amount of $150,173.00. A motion was made by Boardmember Straach, seconded by Boardmember Husain, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. 6. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the CRDC, the meeting was adjourned 7:02 pm.
