Parkway Boulevard. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair Guignon called the meeting to order. Members Present: 2. Citizens' Forum: Citizens should complete a Citizens Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State Open Meetings Law, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda. Action on your statements can only be taken at future meetings. Consider approval of minutes: February 4, 2019 A motion was made by Boardmember Rohe, seconded by Vice Chair Paschal, that this agenda item be approved. The motion carried by am unanimous vote. 4. Manager's Update - Gary Decker, Rolling Oaks Memorial Cemetery Manager Cemetery Manager Gary Decker gave an update in regards to the Cemetery operations and future expansion project. 5. Youth Advisor's Report Nothing to report. 6. Project Update John Elias, Special Projects Manager, reported on the following projects: - Senior Center parking lot is almost complete. - Hunterwood Park delayed due to weather. - Elevated Boardwalks are under design. - Campion Trail should be completed in April. - Cotton Belt Trail, a grant application has been submitted for portion of the trail. 7. Chair Report A. Future Agenda Items Chair Guignon reported that two new sculptures are going in at the Senior Community Center. A. Add Allen Road Park update to next months agenda.
