This Agenda Item was Discussed and Filed City Clerk Item No. 2 3. 12-1909 An Ordinance providing for the levy of taxes for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 2012 and ending September 30, 2013; fixing the rate of such levy; providing for the segregation and the application of the proceeds of such levy; providing for the separability of the provisions hereof, and providing that this Ordinance shall become effective October 1, 2012.
