Foeman, City Clerk City Commission Meeting Minutes April 12, 2013 ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Mayor Cason, Vice Mayor Kerdyk Jr. and Commissioner Quesada Absent: 2 - Commissioner Anderson and Commissioner Cabrera Jr. INVOCATION Reverend Dr. Arnold Perry from St. Mark's Lutheran Church gave the Invocation. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Commissioner Frank C. Quesada led the Pledge of Allegiance. NATIONAL ANTHEM Ana Collado from the University of Miami School of Music sang the National Anthem. A. CITY CLERK ITEMS RESOLUTION NO. 2013-49 A.-1. 13-2281 Resolution with attachments, officially accepting the City Clerk’s Certification and Declaration of the Result of the City of Coral Gables General Biennial Election, which was held on April 9, 2013, wherein voters re-elected Jim Cason, to hold office as Mayor, Group I, for a term of two years; said term to begin at noon on the third day after the election , until the General Biennial Election presently scheduled for April 14, 2015. Attachments: Signed Cover Memo - Jim Cason-Group I R-2013 - Draft Resolution - Jim Cason-Group I Signed Resolution 2013-49 A motion was made by Vice Mayor Kerdyk, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Quesada, that this matter be adopted by Resolution Number 2013-49. The motion passed by the following vote.
