Yeas: 4- Vice Chair Lage,Board Member Daley,Chairperson Diaz and Board Member Bello OLD BUSINESS The Members had requested at the March Board meeting for the City Attorney's office to create a new Resolution urging the Miami-Dade County Board of Rules and Appeals to reconsider the interpretation issued September 24, 2015 and implement a new uniform inspection procedure throughout the County regarding the inspections of individual dwelling units. The Assistant City Attorney, Yaneris Figueroa, distributed a draft Resolution to the Members. Members unanimously voted Yea to have the Attorney's office place the proposed Resolution on the next City Commission meeting Agenda for approval.
