ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Board Member Daley,Board Member Permuy,Board Member Miller,Board Member Bello and Board Member Arevalo APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 18-7386 Construction Regulation Board Minutes of April 16, 2018 Attachments: APRIL 16, 2018 A motion was made by Board Member Miller, seconded by Board Member Permuy, that this matter be approved. The motion passed by the following vote. Yeas: 5- Board Member Daley,Board Member Permuy,Board Member Miller,Board Member Bello and Board Member Arevalo PUBLIC HEARING 18-7388 A-1 Perfect Seal Roof LLC, Arlyn M. Hernadez Attachments: EXHIBITS Respondent's were present. The contractor shall complete the roof work on both properties (1345 Alegriano Avenue and 521 San Servando Avenue), to include all inspections, within 30 days of the date of the Board's Order, June 13, 2018. If the work is not completed within the 30 days, the Board will forward this matter to Miami Dade-County, through its Board of Rules and Appeals and/or the Construction Trades Qualifying Board, and its administrative enforcement agencies, and requests that the County forward this matter to State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board and its respective administrative enforcement agency, to take whatever action is appropriate. The Owner shall recertify the structure within 60 days from the date of the expiration of the April 20, 2018 Board’s Order, which is July 19, 2018. The 60-day deadline to recertify the structure is September 17, 2018; to include permits and inspections, if applicable, and submittal of the Recertification Report. If the requirement is not completed by September 17, 2018 the owner shall pay a daily fine of $250 for each day the violation continues. A motion was made by Board Member Miller, seconded by Board Member Arevalo, that this matter be approved. The motion passed by the following vote.
