Meeting called to order at 5:00 by Tai Rogers 3. Review Minutes a. Regular Meeting May 2, 2022 - reviewed and moved to approved by Tai, seconded by David Ross 4. Old Business: - move to table until further notice by Tai Rogers, seconded by Samantha Combs 5. New Business: a. Creative District - Possibilities and Next Steps (Presentation by Tai Rogers) i. https://oedit.colorado.gov/colorado-creative-districts 1. Rural Technical Assistance Program (RTAP) Creativity Lab 2. Call Yourself Creative Program a. identify stakeholders in community i. Tai updated our google sheets artist list to include people whom he’s connected with ii. Identify “working group” of folks who are interested in helping iii. David Rainey feels that we need more of a “visual presence” in regard to the community knowing about us and what we are doing iv. everyone needs to read “Stage 1 - Align” 1. Tai will add this link to the shared google drive v. Stage 1 resources 1. Sam recommends we all take a resource document a piece to become experts in for the next meeting and then present findings at Ad Hoc Meeting 2. Tai asks if a city employee would send an email to the group of emails we have from past survey and Isabella Sharpensteen indicates she will do that a. need to make a general email template for her b. ask for help from like-minded people to reach more creative circles b.
